With the increasingly cold weather and the chaotic Holiday season approaching, ditching your exercise routine is easy to do. Keep away those extra 7 Holiday pounds by making it convenient to workout even if you don’t have a lot of time. Having workout videos as a back up is a great way to supplement your normal routine, plus with all the holiday travel you can take them with you.
